Entry requriements

Medium of Instruction – English

• • IELTS- Not required
• • Student must be fluent in English with good communication skills. Student has to appear for a Skype interview taken by a University Officer from Spain. The interview is to judge English proficiency of candidate which lasts from 10 to 15 minutes.
• • Academic percentage – 60% and above.
• • GMAT is not required.
• • Usually No Application Fees.

APPLICATION AND VISA PROCESS

Schedule an appointment with the Embassy of Spain, New Delhi or Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai, in accordance with the place of application.

• • The application must be submitted personally by the applicant at the Embassy of Spain in New Delhi or Consulate General of Spain in Mumbai strictly in accordance with the current place of residence of the applicant.
• • Applications sent by courier or by post are not entertained.
• • The Visa fees of INR 4388 must be paid via bank draft payable at New Delhi/Mumbai in favor of Embassy of Spain, New Delhi or Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai, in accordance with the place of application.
• • The applicant must write his/her name, date of birth, and passport number behind the draft. A photocopy of the draft must be submitted along with the application

Documents Required for Visa

Complete visa application form duly filled and signed in Blue Ink.

• • Valid Passport with at least four months validity left at the time of applying for visa.
• • Two recent color photographs (35-45 mm) of the applicant with white background.
• • Photocopies of all academic documents. For UG cases 10th and 12th mark sheets need to be Apostilled by MEA. In PG cases Degree certificate needs to be Apostilled only.
• • Original admission letter of the Institution duly signed and stamped by an authorized person of the Institution. Letter needs to be in Spanish for Visa.
• • Prearranged accommodation proof. Hotel reservations are not considered.
• • Airplane ticket booking. Documents Required for Visa
• • Medical certificate by a registered medical practitioner certifying good health of the student. The same needs to Apostilled by MEA to be translated to Spanish and then legalized by Spanish Embassy.
• • Police clearance certificate issued by Regional Passport office and Apostilled by MEA to be translated to Spanish and then legalized by Spanish Embassy.
• • Travel Medical Insurance for a minimum of Euros 30,000 for entire period of stay in Spain.
• • Documents indicating that the student possesses sufficient means of subsistence both for the duration of the intended stay and for the return to country of origin or residence
